Operating principle: This instrument adopts international advanced technology using high frequency principle and has natural frequency built-in. When in use, each kind of meat has its own frequency passed into instrument through the sensor. By frequency-current converter, the frequency difference can be converted into digital analog. The moisture meter is a contact measuring instrument, measurement premise is the sensitive part of the sensor (in the front-end within 10 cm) full contact with the measured object. Generally, the sensitive parts of the sensor should be as far as possible to explore into the interior of the measured object in order to reduce the measurement error.
