No. SS-400-C CONDITION REPORT: Brand new out of the bag. For capping fractional inch outside diameter open ended instrumentation tubing with the supplied nut and ferrules. The threads on this cap are 20 per inch and are interchangeable with other major manufactures of instrumentation grade caps such as Swagelok, Parker, Hoke, Bi-Lok, Brennan, DK-Lok, Ham-Let Hy-Lok, SSP Duolok, Superlok, and Tylok. These tube caps are even interchangable with single ferrule caps such as Parker CPI, Tylok CS, SSP Unilok and Ham-Let One-Lok. SSP manufactures high quality instrumentation tube and pipe fittings under the brands Duolok, Unilok, Griplok and TruFit in their state-of-the-art 165,000 square foot facity located in Cleveland Ohio. They follow the same standards as Swagelok or Parker and are certifed in accordance with ISO-9001 standards. They are completely interchangeable and intermixable components(i.e. connectors, elbows, bulkheads, tees, crosses, nuts, caps, plugs, etc..) Intermixing is the random mixing of components of different manufactures. Notice, I left ferrules out as a component. They are a component but you should consider a front ferrule and a back ferrule as one component. DO NOT INTERMIX A HOKE GYROLOK FRONT FERRULE WITH A SWAGELOK BACK FERRULE as manufactures produce different variations of ferrules. Single ferrule systems and double ferrule systems are completely interchangeable and intermixable. It's ok to swap out a Parker CPI single ferrule with a Swagelok double ferrule.
