If you suspect that your hard drive has a board issue, there are a few indicators to help determine if that is the case. Firstly, if there is visible damage on the PCB board or the hard drive does not spin and was not dropped or shaken, this may be a sign that your PCB board is dead. Additionally, if your hard drive clicks often, this is generally a mechanical problem. To make sure this PCB board aligns with your hard drive, carefully match all of the parameters including the model and board number. To ensure compatibility, it is the buyer's responsibility to determine if the board is adequate for their hard drive. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location. Currently, we only offer regular shipping via Canada Post. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us via email. For customers interested in obtaining a copy of the memory chip information, there are two options available. One option involves shipping your PCB board to us for a memory chip swap (for free). Alternatively, you can find a local electronic store or technician to assist with copying the memory chip information. This PCB board is specifically designed for hard drive data recovery. It is sold separately and does not include the entire hard drive. The PCB board comes equipped with a fully tested circuit board, torx screwdriver, and instructions for those attempting data recovery on their hard drive. It's important to note that this item can only fix drives with a circuit board problem. If your hard drive has internal damages, it may not be detectable and should not be opened without a clean room. Please note that there is no return policy for this item.
