This is for a STA-RITE Deep Well PUMP END ONLY This is a STA-RITE brand 4" Deep Well Pump END ONLY. The STA-RITE pump is a Pentair company product, that is out of their line called Signature 2000. This pump is a 3 hp, 20 Gallon per Minute (GPM) pump The pump is a 3 wire pump that does require a motor control unit that works off single phase power and is set up for 230v Retail cost of this pump is $1200+. Our pump is brand new old stock so you can get the same quality pump for a fraction of the price without having to settle for a lower quality brand or pump! We have opened and inspected the pumps to ensure there is no damage and that everything is included. The pumps will ship as they came from the factory, in factory box, with all factory packaging and manual unless it is noted otherwise. This unit will ship in the original box with everything that would have been included from the factory. The boxes will have at least some wear but none of them have any major damage. STA-RITE originally offered a warranty that covered 12 months after installation or 18 months after manufacture. We are NOT a STA-RITE dealer, so the STA-RITE limited warranty will not apply. However, we will warrant the pump based on the exact terms and conditions of the STA-RITE Limited Warranty for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. This will provide a proper amount of time to install the pump and confirm that it is in perfect working order as advertised. We will be happy to correct any issue that may arise with this or any product. You MUST ensure that you are connecting the pump properly. The pump is wired for single phase, 230v power. Please read the wiring instructions in the manual prior to installing. We will not accept a return for any pumps that were wired incorrectly.
