Perchance the deal of the century! I am selling an Italian made Delle Vedove finish line. This line is complete. It includes a vacuum coating stain line, a stain line drying oven, a Ultraviolet varnish line with a UV oven, a four head sander and a machine to cut your de-nibbing and/or sanding wheels (so you can buy them in long rolls and cut them to the length you need which will save you a LOT of money). It also comes with a complete transfer system so the material flows. All powered conveyors etc. are included along with one matching transfer conveyor we built ourselves. This system was purchased new by our company and put into production in 2003. It was run until the housing crash of 2007. It was then cleaned up very carefully and mothballed. The original bill of sale is photographed and attached. With freight and installation I had upwards of 400,000.00 in this equipment. It worked. We used it to make pre-finished flooring, stair bull nose and transitions and pre-finished mouldings. We did quite a lot of business with it. The housing crash caused us to change directions and we no longer need it. It has been sitting in a heated building and, although it is a bit dusty, it is still under power and works fine. If you want, you can certainly come see it operate although we will not fill it with liquid as it takes a lot of work to re-clean. However, we certainly can kick on all the motors and pumps. The following is included: Model 612 Stain Vacuum Coater (stain line) Model 600 Linear In-feed Conveyor Model TSO 17/6 Lateral Out-feed Oven UVC/200 Ultraviolet Vacuum Coater (varnish line) FUV/20 Ultraviolet Curing Oven TLN/10 Linear Conveyor TSC 17/10 Laterial Transfer & Conveyor SPK/4 4AE Profile Sander Mod. NFP-1H-OP Dust Collector is NOT currently included. I am using it at another of my yards. Most of these lines are structured in a lineal fashion; you feed the stain line. The material flows through the stain drying oven. It then goes to the sander to be de-nibbed (this takes off any slightly raised grain). The material then feeds through the UV varnish line. It flows into the UV oven and comes out at up to 150FPM and is dry. We did not have a building long enough to do that so we created our own system that works in a "U" configuration and takes up much less room. The building we have it in is only 36' wide. It fits in that space and is about 30' long. Both systems are vacuum coaters. This is important as there are no VOCs (volatile organic compounds) floating around for your employees to breath as occurs in spray coaters. Even New Mexico's EPA, when they came to check it out, left with no issue other than to tell me it was one of the most safe designs they had seen. If you have questions or would like more data, please contact me. My starting price is a steal. I request you and/or your people dismantle the equipment as that will help you when re-installing it. We will however disconnect the power and help where we can. If you want it dismantled and loaded we can probably arrange it for an additional charge. Either way, we have forklifts available to get it on a truck (or two...I can't remember what it took to transport). Freight is the buyers responsibility. Paypal is acceptable. A cashiers check is fine. Cash is always good. A company check is fine with a letter of guarantee from your bank. Please pay 1/3 within 48 hours of the auction close. Please pay the remainder prior to pickup. I cannot accept returns although you are welcome to come see your prize and, if you are not happy, I will refund your money.
