These rules are made from hardened stainless steel with ground edges, have a satin finish and are 3/4 ” wide by .032” thick. The scales are deeply and precision etched and black filled for long life and easy readability and graduated with 1/32" and 1/64" one side and mm and .5mm on the other side. They have end graduations on both ends in 1/32nds of an inch. They are US engineered and then made to strict US standards in precision tool factories overseas. Picture #1 & 2 are the front and back of a rule for fixed price (remember only one is up for sale). Pictures #3 and on include both rules (the duplicate and a much more expensive rule) for comparison. The more expensive rule is always below the duplicate. As you can see, there is little difference between both rules. REMEMEBR: the more expensive US rule is NOT included in this sale and is included in the later pics for comparison purposes only!! I have used both rules extensively in my shop and have found the one up for sale to function every bit as well as the more expensive US rule. I have sold hundreds of these rules on Ebay and have never received a negative comment. The duplicate offers several advantages: 1) they are made from tempered stainless steel and the other is hardened steel, thus the duplicate will never rust. You will notice a patch of rust forming on the more expensive premium US rule in picture #4. (Bummer, as this rule is less than 6 months old. 2) the duplicate is pennies on the dollar compared to a new one of the other. (Other retails for around $20.00 on Amazon). Rules come in a vinyl pouch. 1st rule ships for 2.00 (this covers 1st class shipping and tracking) and all subsequent rules ship for an additional .25 each. You will not be disappointed in the rule.
