This tank was used to house liquid oxygen that was -297 below zero for patient's who are oxygen dependent. These tanks have not been used for anything else.  The size of the stainless steel tank sitting inside of the bigger tank is 46 liters. You can cut the top off of these tanks and removed the smaller tank if needed. I have drawn a diagram and posted it in the photos to show you how the tank looks like inside, intact. I have also provided pictures of the tank with the top cut off and the inside tank removed. There is also a picture of what the inside tank looks like.
