This is a Stalker ATR Stationary KA-Band Police Radar Gun with power cord handle. This particular unit will work in stationary or stationary mode and is ready to clock!  Physical condition is good with scuffs, marks and wear from normal usage.  It's in fair condition with typical scuffs, scratches and wear for a field used unit. The power button overlay is worn off, but pressing the area properly turns the unit on/off with no issues. Please note that the trigger on this unit is disabled and will not lock/release speed, although if you press the "LOCK/REL" button on the rear keypad, the current display speed will be locked. This radar may have been used in a state (such as Florida) where the triggers need to be disabled. The unit constantly transmits, transmission can be turned on/off by using the "XMIT" button on the keypad. This unit is powered by the power-cord handle. This cord plugs into any automotive power jack (cigarette lighter) that provides 12-volts DC.  The unit powers on perfectly and passes all self tests. You can see that the display is fine and no elements are missing at all.  Speaker is working as well as all of the features that I did test.  Radar was pointed at moving objects and tuning fork tests reports speed accurately (one forks included).  These units can also use battery handles - no batteries are included but they are still available for purchase through various resellers (I have some re-built batteries available for these unit). A charger is also needed to charge power handles should you decide to use a battery. Unit comes configured in MPH (miles-per-hour), if you need KPH please let me know and I will change the unit to read in kilometers-per-hour prior to shipping!
