Comes with a manufacture backed two year warranty The Stallion Elite provides the surgeon with the ultimate in comfort, visibility and flexibility. Using a cordless headlight system allows the surgeon free range within the OR and eliminates the safety hazard caused by trailing leads. It is lightweight and has a total weight of 11 oz, including both batteries. The padded head strap was ergonomically designed for comfort during extended periods of use. The Stallion headlamp has a balanced weight, reducing neck strain. It is easily fully adjustable by simply turning. The Elite is equipped with laser type diode technology. A built in rheostat allows the user to power the unit on and adjust to the desired level of brightness. The light uses minimal energy to run with maxim light output and performance, allowing the headlight to run up to 9 hours per charge using two light weight lithium ion batteries. A battery fuel gauge on the side indicates the remaining battery charge. If that's not enough, the batteries can be changed one at a time without losing light. The batteries can be charged via USB charging from a wall or computer, or by an optional desktop charger. The surgical procedure can continue without interruptions. The Stallion Elite headlamp can be precisely positioned: Bezel adjustment allows the user to fine-tune the aperture for working table, co-axial design allows for a full range of motion to obtain the desired angle.
