Instant Padding The Bind-Fast 5 in padding mode is an exceptional padding machine with the ability to pad over 1,000 quarter inch thick pads an hour. That's over 20 feet of material! The process starts with the loading of padding materials up to 3" in thickness and 171/2" in length. Next is the application of a thin, smooth coating of adhesive and then a pass over three integrated cooling fans. By selecting the Bind-Fast 5's unique feature of individual separator plates, multiple pads can be bound without the extra step of separating one pad from the other. And they can be completed and ready for distribution in only 20 seconds! A Heated Jog Plate pre-warms the stock for extra penetration of the adhesive to make a strong, secure bind.
