The item needs to be picked up from the facility within 30 days of purchase. Warranty Our warranty policy for items is 6 months from purchase; buyer pays return shipping or freight. If you have a problem please feel free to contact us for any help we can extend to you. On electrical items we will warranty them for not being dead on arrival (DOA). After the warranty period, if something should go wrong please call. We will try to help you with a replacement part if it is in stock. A refund will be provided once the item is returned to our facility in the same condition it had left, within 30 Days of the date it was purchase.
