Standard Pan Rack Cover Description This clear reinforced pan rack cover fits open, mobile pan racks and keeps food fresh and sanitary. It prevents food from drying out and protects against odor transfer. This cover keeps food fresh from oven to cooler or freezer. It is made from 3-ply nylon reinforced material and includes lock-stitched reinforced seams and a heavy-duty nylon zipper. A full view front panel opens to the side for easy access, with a Velcro hold-open tab. An erasable dry marker is included for labeling contents of rack.
