Stanford Research Systems SR760 FFT Spectrum Analyzer The SR760 is a single-channel 100 kHz FFT spectrum analyzer with a dynamic range of 90 dB and a real-time bandwidth of 100 kHz. Frequency span is from 0.191 Hz to 100 kHz. It passes all self tests and performance tests, with the exception of the noise floor, which has a couple of small peaks at -156 dB (see photo). The average noise floor is still below the specification of -160 dB. The main knob front cover is missing, but the knob works well and turns smoothly (see photos).
