This nutrunner is in good cosmetic condition but does show noticable signs of previous use/wear. Tool is in great operational condition and has been tested for functionality. This is the reversible type of nutrunner and is the extended 18"-reach version. On a 1-10 scale, 10 high, this nutrunner would be a 7+!
