Up for auction is this vintage Stanley No. 993A machinist's drill press vise in very nice condition.  The 'footprint' is about 3" x 7".  It's jaws are 3" wide, and it also opens to 3".  It is just as it was found at a local garage sale.  Some light surface rust that I'm sure will clean up with a little elbow grease.  It retains almost all of its original blue paint.   The tops of the jaws have some tool marks that are sure not to cause any problems - they just add some "character".    Everything works well, but I'm sure a little oil or grease will smooth things up even more.   My pictures are always of the actual item(s), so please  use them verify what it is being offered, as well as condition. Consider the pictures as a vital part of the description.  NOTE:  For some reason, perhaps lighting used, the pictures show a somewhat brighter blue color than it does to me "in person".  Feel free to ask any questions too -  just try not to wait until the last day.  Please check my other auctions for a variety of other interesting items.  Shipping will cost $12.00 for Priority Mail service.  Price includes USPS Tracking and insurance.  I will combine items, with minimal increases in cost. It is my policy to use a sturdy box, with plenty of protective packing materials, to ship virtually all of my items.  I do not use an envelope, padded or not.   NOTE: International shipments for this item will be handled using the eBay Global Shipping Program..
