Details The Star Max 301HLF 15 lb. countertop fryer is perfect for recreational facilities, small restaurants and diners, stadiums, and snack bars or concession stands. It comes with two fry baskets to help provide continuous flow of products during peak periods, and can cook up to 28 lbs. of French fries per hour. Immersion-type tubular heating elements provide even heat distribution, and their swing up design enables easy cleaning. A high-limit, snap-action thermostat is easily adjusted by a heavy duty metal knob and provides accurate and instant response to temperature changes. The Star Max 301HLF is built to last, with an all stainless steel cabinet, and heavy duty adjustable legs to match the height of other countertop equipment in your cooking line. It requires a 208/240 volt electrical connection, comes with a 6' cord and NEMA 6-30P plug, and is UL Listed. Please consult the Specification Sheet for additional details.
