Very nice used Star Manufacturing Pizza/Food Warmer/Display with Humidity Control. Model 8D-HFD-1. Aside from normal use wear/marks to the stainless finish and screw heads this item looks to be in good shape. Prior to sale it was being used at one of our local school districts. I plugged it in and it heats up in about 15 minutes and had no trouble maintaining temperature for about an hour. The water is added under the bottom cover and has a drain plug near the humidity control switch. 3 shelves (included) are adjustable/removable. It must also be able to accomodate a rotating rack (not included) as there is a spindle at the top that rotates and a stationary one on the bottom cover as well. Unit measures approximately 15" wide/deep and 28" tall. While it has been tested by us it is being sold as is with no guarantees. We are always open to reasonable offers.
