 I bought this touch-up gun several years ago. On my first attempt to use it, while attaching the air hose, the connection (part no. 14) snapped off. I put it back in it's box and set it on a back shelf. I have recently retired and have decided too sell some of my tools and equipment. When I opened the box for the Star touch-up gun, I was reminded and discovered why it was sitting on the back shelf. The internet helped me find out that the original distributor King Aire was out of business, but parts were still available thru Astro Pneumatic. I purchased a replacement (part no.14) as part of a repair/rebuild kit and installed it. The replacement had a longer thread length at the connection, and appeared to be much stronger. This gun has never been used and is in like new condition. Included are the original operating and general maintenance instructions and parts list, contact information for a parts supplier, original bill of sale, broken part no. 14 that was replaced (for your information), and extra parts in a repair kit AS6K-RK.
