Starrett 659BZ Heavy-Duty Magnetic Base w/25-131 Indicator Mag base and indicator in excellent condition and ready for immediate use. Includes magnetic base, upright post assembly and AGD dial inch reading indicator 25-131J in metal case. 25-131J Indicator: .125" Range, 0-25-0 Balanced Dial, .0005" Grads, .050" Range Per Rev, .375" Stem Indicator operates smoothly through the designed range of motion. Original factory pre-load. This indicator has not been abused. No personal etchings Starrett retail: $955 Condition Specifics The mag base and posts are in excellent(+) condition with no signs of abuse. The fine adjustment mechanism operates smoothly. The indicator's feel through it range of motion is silky smooth with no lock ups or bumps in the travel between min and max. The indicator needle returns to the same resting position after each movement. The case has some minor paint chips; however, Starrett did not put an industrial paint coating on these metal cases. Any case blemishes (shown in photos) comes from normal use. This tool set has not been abused. There are no hidden blemishes or issues on/with omitted from the photos. What you see is what you get and can be confident an online purchase won't arrive with surprises.
