Here is a Starrett No. 25-111 .025" dial indicator with a Brown and Sharpe magnetic base that are in very good used condition. These tools have worked very well together. They have been used so you will find some scratches, scuffs, and a ding or two from normal use. Some of these imperfections are that the previous owner scribed his/her favorite numbers on the side of the indicator. Please don't let this detract from what is otherwise a very nice set of used tools. The Brown and Sharpe magnetic base is in very good condition. It "sticks" solidly to any flat steel surface. Everything slides around easily and locks down tight wherever you want it to. The magnet turns "on" and "off" easily with just a turn of the lever. The Starrett .025" dial indicator has a reach of .0001". It is also in very good condition. It moves easily without any hesitations and always returns to "0". Smooth! It is kept in its cardboard protective box that has done a good job of protecting this indicator. There are a few scratches and scuffs on it from doing its job. As you can see in the last photo, there are a few cracks in the red plastic cradle. It will continue to protect this indicator for years to come. Everything will work perfectly for you!
