The Starrett Rule is in very good condition and guaranteed to be fully functional. There are some minor scratch spots on it due to storage. However, there is no previous owner's name marked on it. The Starrett 150mm - 6" Spring-Tempered Steel Rule with Millimeter and Inch Graduation features a satin chrome finish.
