My father's "stone table" as he called it was used for clay modeling for the last 30 years or so in his private workshop. Dad has hung up his tools and we'd rather have the space. He was always adamant no one put anything on his special table, so it's likely in excellent shape. To my knowledge it's never been resurfaced but, again, only modeling clay and scrapey tools were used on it. There are no cracks that I can find on the block. I really don't know how one goes about moving something like this other than a forklift. There is room to drive a forklift into this workshop, but we do not own one. You'll have to figure out how shipping works. If the calculations I've found online are accurate this thing may weigh around 5,000 lbs.
