I'm cleaning house. This is for use with a TBC50 cutter. It pre-feeds material into the cutter. We did not need this for our application. Works great, but is missing the front feed slot and the large roller guides. Product Description The START International TBCFEEDER material feeder reduces drag and slippage while feeding non-adhesive materials into TBC50 series heavy-duty non-adhesive cutters. The feeder accepts non-adhesive materials up to 4.3"/110 mm wide, with an outside roll diameter up to 18"/487 mm. The feeder automatically adjusts for slack in material and shuts off power if material runs out. No tooling is required to feed different materials. The TBCFEEDER operates on 115 or 220 VDC at 50/60 Hz. It is suitable for high-production and high-speed industrial uses such as manufacturing and assembly. Non-adhesive material cutters hold and cut materials such as tubing, sleeving, aramid fiber, hook-and-loop fasteners, ribbon, rope, and wire. They are used in manufacturing and assembly. Angled cutters have an adjustable blade that cuts the material at a preset angle. Guillotine cutters cut the material at a fixed 90-degree angle. This type of cutter is recommended for synthetic materials that are prone to fraying when cut, such as nylon. The temperature of the blade can be adjusted for the material. Ultrasonic cutters vibrate the blade ultrasonically to reduce cutting resistance of materials such as plastic automotive parts, leather, rubber, and bonded textiles.
