If there is no one available for signature when Fedex tries to deliver the package, you will need to pick up the package from your nearest Fedex facility. Please provide an address that Fedex can deliver to (Fedex cannot deliver to APO/FPO or P.O. boxes). Also provide a valid phone number during checkout so we can include this on your shipment. This will prevent any delays in shipment and it will allow Fedex to contact you if there are any delivery issues. We cannot request that Fedex delivers the package without signature; they will not remove the signature from the shipment. Items normally ship within 24-48 hours. Some items may take additional handling time greater than 48 hours. If 2nd Day or Overnight shipping is requested, we will try and get those orders out first in the order they were received.
