We started selling on eBay when we realized we had, at our disposal, a number of family estates. My wonderful great grandparents, grandparents, aunts and uncles, had left us their worldly possessions as we were the few of our generations in our family. We have, over the years, rented storage units in many cities where these family members lived. In 2012 we combined everything into one location. Our first year, we were selling all sorts of collectable items from advertising to vanity. I have to admit we had a blast researching these great items from many different time periods and genres. We also enjoy the photography. We quickly decided that we enjoy the online selling business, and wanted to continue doing this, and since we sold most of it off, we needed to start acquiring more products. We are now selling business industrial, store returns, household, restaurant equipment, and other non collectibles. We have since grown in our company, and have moved into a larger building, are adding to our fleet, and hiring staff to accommodate our expansion. And with the help of people like you, we hope to grow even more! No matter how large we become, we will always have a very strong belief in customer service and feel that just because we are selling our wares online does not mean we need to lose the personal touch of human interaction. We do not use cleaners on our products as we are not experts in which chemicals are, or are not harmful to different materials. We assume that a buyer knows more about the particular item they are buying and therefore may have a better idea of how to properly clean the item without damaging it. All our items are sold AS IS. We pack all packages as if they were fragile and going through a war zone, yet still the USPS ALL postal services seem to find a way to damage our packages on occasion, so insurance can protect us both.
