It has some scuffs, scratches, discoloration, and dust from previous use. Notes: The unit was connected to 115VAC and powered on. The unit powered up as expected, and the fan control worked to adjust the fan speed from slow to fast. The heater was then switched on, and the unit was allowed to run for five more minutes. It was then observed that the air coming out of the front was not heated, and was approximately the same temperature as before the heater was switched on. Because the heater does not function, this item is being sold as-is, for parts or repair only. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
