This is an  nylon 3/4" static mixer. This mixer has 23 polyplas elements and measures 19" long with 3/4" nylon barb fittings. The geometry of this mixer consists of a series of left and right hand helicals. The elements leading and trailing edges are knife edged. The elements effectively convert the tube into a maze or labyrinth. When fluids are pumped through the mixer, they are progressively divided and recombined the result is efficient inline mixing. The materials in this mixer are impervious to most chemicals and solvents including MEK. This mixer can be built to your specifications and comes with 3/4"" barb fittings for easy installation in a 3/4"" ID tube.  Other barb fittings and  lengths  available.   If you require something different please email or call me.
