 This is a brand new wire winder built by Trison Machinery in Wisconsin. Unfortunatly they went out of business in 2012 The machine was on the shop floor in the testing department. I believe they were testing the program but not sure of this. I ran the machine in the test mode and it seems everything is working as it should. I know you would have to program it to run your parts. I listed a short video of the screen functions  http://youtu.be/w1-unt3qPuM   and a video of the machine going through the testing phase.   http://youtu.be/-4ZamV2CFAs   All the servo motors and controls are by Parker. The touch screen is also by Parker. The program that runs it is by Rols Industries. Model RW24S4  HMI Rols Ver 1 The diameter of the black wheel that places the wire is 14 1/2" The black rings that surround the part to be wired has a inside diameter of 31" Just so you get an idea of size There is no fixture to hold the stator to the machine you would have to fabricate that. I did find a drawing of one in with the paperwork. I did get all the manuals for the electronics and drives. Its 480 volt 3 phase. I believe it had 70 amp fuses in it. There is a soft keyboard and mouse that plug into the control and they all function. You can run it with the touch screen or mouse. The machine is 157" long 48" wide and tallest part the screen is at 75" Guessing its about 5500 lbs. Your welcome to come out and run it and take some measurments to see if it would work with your application. I know it may be a little scary to buy a machine from a out of business company but all the moving parts and electronics are generic off the shelf items. Everything is built very robust, I don't see any way you could wear out the structure of the machine. And with the salvage price you could afford to stick some money in it to meet your needs. It does need a light curtain to be installed, its in the program. I just have it on over ride. I'm 10 miles west of Milwaukee if you would like to inspect or pickup. 53151 As is Jeff 262 227 7774
