Tradition Series by Dexter Russell 8 Inch by 4 Inch Steak Turner. This is oversize compared to most 8 by 3 inch turners.  For those who prefer thw warmth and feel of a real wood handle. Beautiful, Sanitary Engineered Rosewood Handle is secured to the blade with (3) Brass Compression Rivets for Added Strength.  High Carbon Steel With Individually Ground and Honed Edges Extra Thick, Heavy Duty Blade. NSF Certified Made in the USA MSRP, if perfect $45.75 This Turner is in EXCELLENT CONDITION but not in the original packaging. It is BRAND NEW and  UNUSED.  If you look closely at the third photo you'll notice that the words & numbers are slanting upward. So it was rejected by Quality Control at the Factory.  From there it was put in a bin with other rejected turners. Because it was not wrapped, it has several scratches (no more that one days worth on the line). It is stamped "factory second" .   I hand-pick these items at the factory. If I wouldn't use it...I DO NOT BUY IT!  The only problem with this turner are the scratches.  This is your opportunity to purchase a beautiful turner at a fraction of the cost.
