It's overall size is 15" x 10-3/4" x 1" (empty), and it has a wrap-around zipper for three sides It comes with a letter-size writing pad (not shown in photos) - but COULD hold a legal-size pad also. There is a zippered pocket on the outside (under a flap) that is approx. 7" deep x 11" wide. Inside,. facing the writing pad, are 2 pen/pencil pckets, a see-through mesh covered card pocket, two (2) other pockets approx. 3-1/2" deep, a 6-3/4" x 11-1/2" slip-in pocket, a 10" x 6-1/4" zippered pocket, and a letter-size, expanding file pocket.
