AMERICAN BARN BUILDING KIT This very versatile building is a favorite for storing an RV in the raised center aisle and having lots of room for your boat and a workshop in the lean to’s. It’s also popular as a horse barn with custom designed lean to’s that work out well for stalls and for your tack room. This building also makes a great residence with all the space you need for living space as well as your garage. Interior can have interior walls added to separate spaces. Building is very air tight. Formed base seals around the entire building. No moisture or rodents can get in your building. All eaves also with formed closure strips to keep out moisture and dirt. This building is 40x40x16. The center section is 16ft wide and the lean to’s are each 12ft wide. The outside edge of the lean to’s are 9’ 5” high. This is a very heavy duty all galvanized steel frame. The painted roof and walls have a 45 year warranty. The paint holds up to anything. (Picture shown may vary some from the auction buildings.) The American Barn kit will include: An all galvanized steel frame Classic Rib 26 gauge siding and roofing Framed overhead 12X14 door openings 1 36” PA/access door Framed window openings This building kit also includes all the hardware for the building; tek screws, bolts, fasteners, and anchor bolts. This building is engineered to meet CBC 2013 building codes with no snow load and 110mph wind speed, exposure C. (IBC and all other building codes also available). Includes wet stamped engineered blueprints and calculations by our certified structural engineer. Construction manual included and tech support by phone and email.
