Made from lightweight but incredibly durable ballistic nylon. The pouch allows quick access to nuts and bolts, steel drifts, an adjustable podger spanner (via the wired-open pouch on the right- not included) and club hammer (via the loop handle on the left- not included). If you are returning the goods for any other reason (than those stated above) then you would be expected to return the goods at your own cost. If the item that you purchased from us malfunctions during use then you may be entitled to have it repaired under the terms of the manufacturer's warranty agreement. The manufacturer is responsible for the terms of the warranty agreement and for repairing the item but you should contact us in the first case to arrange the return. Items that have been specially made to order cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty, in which case we would exchange the goods for a fully functioning replacement. This is providing the goods have not been used. If they have been used then you may still be eligible for an exchange under the warranty agreement (if applicable) for the item. Custom made items are not eligible for refunds. Refunds and exchanges can only be made once we have received the goods in question back into stock. The goods must be returned to us in the same condition that you received them, with all packaging present.

Condition:

New: A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging (where packaging is applicable). Packaging should be the same as what is found in a retail store, unless the item is handmade or was packaged by the manufacturer in non-retail packaging, such as an unprinted box or plastic bag.
