Our system provides a fantastic home that will save you thousands over stick built or block homes. This building works great in the city or out in the country Our building will appreciate on your property.  Low maintenance   45 year warranty!  All steel, heavy duty, G90  galvanized frame.  This home is 30’ x 30’ two floors  (1800 sq ft total ! ) plus 8' x 30' porch  Flexible design allows you can divide the shell into the rooms you require. Kit Includes Gambrel Style Shell Kit, 30’ wide x 30’ long,  11’ side wall. 23’ to peak. 2nd floor mezzanine 30’ x 30’ includes steel beams and joists (plywood flooring by buyer) 8' x 30, covered lean to "rocking chair porch" Cathedral ceilings in 2nd floor. 2 framed access door openings  10– 3' x 4' framed window openings (other sizes available) (All doors and windows by buyer)) Includes door, window and roof trim. Includes all screws, fasteners, bolts and anchor bolts. All galvanized steel frame, bolts together, NO WELDING Color bound steel roof & trim. (45 yr warranty) choice of standard colors 26 ga. Engineered for 90 mph winds. exposure B.   20 lb snow load ( other specs available)  Includes engineered structure & foundation drawings by certified engineer.
