Genuine U.S. Military Issue Surplus Steel Pulley (?) / Wheel with Leather Strap (NOS) (NOS) = New Old Stock There are no markings on this item. The overall size is approximately 1 1/8" x 3 3/8" Diameter (See Pictures) The center shaft hole is approximately 1 1/8" x 3/8" Inner Diameter (See Pictures) The leather strap that is riveted to the wheel is approximately 1/16" x 1/2" outer. (See Pictures) The steel wheel that the leather strap is riveted to is approximately 13/16" x 3 1/4" Diameter (See Pictures) There are two set screws mounted in the wheel to clamp down on a shaft in the center hole. (See Pictures) Weight: 11.2 Oz. Similar to the one in the pictures. Unused! But there is some rust.
