This was made for and intended as a commercial display fixture. This would be great in your retail store for plush dolls or any other impulse items that can be dumped into a bin. This also could be used at a day care center or home for easy pick-up and storage of large toys. Please be sure to see the other items we have listed. FEATURES: It has a heavy duty steel welded frame, and there are 4 double wheel coasters that allow it to be moved to a new location very easily. It is covered in a black polyester type material, to contrast whatever may be on display. The material lining has a matching covered "stiffener board" for the bottom. Thr frame is solid and very strudy. This was made for commercial applications. The wheels all spin freely, there are in rips in the material liner, although there are a few snags in the material around the outer upper edge where the material is wrapped around the top of the frame - where it may have been pushed against something else. The only real mentionable is that there are a few place where the black painted frame has been chipped, exposing the shinier metal below the painted surface, however when you are near the bin looking down at it - you don't even really notice it has a few chips.
