This is a new Steelway "Bilco style" emergency egress cellar door.  It is a heavy duty door made of standard steel and weighs 37 lbs.  It fits an opening 17 & 5/8 inches wide with a 1 & 1/2 inch flange on each side.  It extends 18 & 7/8 inches from the foundation.  The height of the door is 11 inches with a 1 inch flange on the top.  The door is new but there are some scratches and dings from handling and storage. International buyers, please note: Due to the exceptional package size and postal restrictions, only buyers from the following countries can be accepted: Andorra, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France,  Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Macao, Malta, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Slovak Republic (Slovakia), Sweden, Switzerland, and the United States. Bids from all other countries will be cancelled. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
