Without tuning current output frequency is 9 GHz. Here is some more information from a customer: Dear weliquidate, Hello, This Vaughn of DEDAKI from here on Ebay. We bought a pair of these a few weeks ago and have tried to get the hard copy datasheet but so far just verbal specs from the rep. But I have gotten them to work GREAT from the 8.7 - 9.7GHz spec given to me or close to that, I emailed you the actual numbers and I do not have the numbers in front of me now. Anyway we powered the yig from a highly REGULATED +12VDC LInera regulator with decoupling caps on both sides of the regulator. We also built a 0-10V to -200Ma - 0Ma - -200Ma circuit by using a burr brown voltage to current chip xtr110. The datasheet shows a circuit for this 0-10V to +200Ma to -200Ma circuit as one of their applications and it works just great to control the tuning coil on the yig. But we never did go beyond +150Ma and -150Ma or 2.5V to 7.5V on the chips input for drive. It might tune further and it may not but I stopped at the rated spec I got from the rep. Hope this might help you or others out. Vaughn And another note from a customer: Great little YIGs!!!!! Thank you for the good packing. This are really great components. I've got the datasheet from endwave and they are working as expected with minor diferences: -The tuning coil impedance is about 15 Ohms (datesheet 10) -The FM Coil impedance is about 0.5 Ohms (datesheet 1) -The DC Current is about 80mA at 8.5 Volts (datesheet 100) So with 8.5 Volts Osc. Power the Power Output is about 14dBm like stated in the datasheet. The +- 1GHz tuning range is covert with a tuning current of +- 200mA. This is matching the main coil sensitivity of 5MHz/mA in the datasheet. I have to check the power dissipation of the unit, because of the higher main coil impedance the power dissipation of the coil is 50% higher than like the datasheet version. I've measured the 2nd harmonics on some frequencies, they are much better than expected, about 30dB below the main signal. Hope this infos are interesting for you. You may wish to note in your auction text that they need at least 6.5V, not 5V, to work properly. Below 6.5V, they exhibit spurs at around ± 37 MHz from the carrier (see attached).
