   The item up for sale is a very nice Stephan VCM 40.  It has been checked and serviced by our in house technicians and found to be in perfect condition.  The cutting blade and dough blade are both included in the sale.  This model has two speeds which makes it more sought after than some of the other models.  It requires 220 volt, 3 phase power for operation. It is also 60 HZ and 44 Amps.  The motor runs at 1750 RPM's in low speed and 3500 RPM's in high speed.  Like I said the machine has been tested and runs like new.  Please feel free to give us a call with any questions about this VCM or for any other restaurant equipment needs.  Our number is 704-871-8211 and we are located in Statesville, NC 28677.  We would rather you come by and pick it up so we can show you it operating but we will be happy to ship as well.  We will charge a $75 palletizing fee plus actual shipping cost which will depend on your location.
