Additionally, the Purchaser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold the Seller harmless from any third party claims arising from any use or misuse of the purchased equipment. Regardless of the origin of any equipment, documentation provided or identification appearing upon the equipment, the equipment described and offered here is sold "as-is", "where-is", and "with all faults (if any)", and is in no way certified for, recommended for, or offered for any specific use. 4.
