Sterling 400,000 BTU, Tubular, Gas-Fired Unit Heater TF-400 or TF400 ***Heaters are in excellent condition. They were in operation at the time we removed them for resale. Very clean items and gently used. They were only being used as a secondary heater. They actually didn't have to operate very often. They only had to kick on when the weather was EXTREMELY cold and their other heaters couldn't keep up. We tell you this to illustrate how little they actually had to operate. And this is apparent even in the pictures, photo number 6 was taken through the fan cover and is there to show how clean the tubes inside the unit are. In short, these are excellent heaters, they were installed but with how little they actually operated there is a LOT of life left in these heaters.
