Stewart Custom Dress Form Dressmaker's Mannequin on Stand Foam & Fabric Body Vintage, Stewart Custom "UNIQUELY YOU" Dress Form. It's on a metal stand that is adjustable for height. Her dust jacket can be removed for washing, as well as her shoulder cover.  Quoting form Google Patents: "May 26, 1964 R. L ELA RUTH STEWART United States Patent M 3,134,524 CUSTOM DRESS FORM Lela Ruth Stewart, La Jolla, Calif., assignor to Stewart- Form, Inc., San Diego, Calif., a corporation of California Filed Apr. 15, 1963, Ser. No. 273,192 2 Claims.
