Merchandise that arrives defective must be reported to Sign Supply Depot by e-mail or telephone call within 5 business days of receipt. After 14 business days of receipt, all sales are final. Returns of defective merchandise must be pre-authorized. RMA numbers will be issued for the package(s). Authorized returns must include all original packaging and accessories. Items returned without RMA number will be refused. Items returned and found not to be defective will be returned at buyers expense. Warranted equipment will be serviced through the manufactures warranty, only through the warranty period specified. Out of warranty service or repair costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
