STIHL TS 420 67cc 2 cycle cutoff saw.   This unit was tested 6/16/2016, was started and run for about 30 seconds, it  stayed running even without the primer/purge bulb.  No muffler so its loud, and there is piston scoring so I didnt want to run it any longer than that. MISSING SOME PARTS!   To work maybe again, needs a starter/nuts & cutting wheel (obviously), extension arm with  drive belt & cover, muffler, air filter & rear cover.  Does have piston scoring so no way to know if this powerhead could be a good working unit again or not, with the needed parts.  Your guess is as good as mine.  Last TS 420 powerhead I sold on here was worse off than this one, for $250. Right now I dont have any of these parts for the 420s.  Priced accordingly, I have 2 more TS 420s available, so check my other listings.  Will consider a package deal on all 3.
