Frozen custard is a premium ice cream made without adding lots of air into the product as it freezes, resulting in a rich, dense dessert. The CF101 is a self contained, air cooled freezer and is very easy to use and clean. The unit is considered a countertop but we have it on a wheeled steel cabinet for easy moving. It also makes Italian ice, a fruity non-dairy treat. Stoelting is the best on the market and new, this model without the cabinet sells for over $15,000.  We used this unit to try different recipes and small catering in anticipation of opening our own shoppe locally. We are no longer pursuing that dream. Pick up only.  Freight costs to the buyer. Reserve the right to end posting if item sells locally.
