This item is a used Stokes Tablet Press Model #517.  This is a 23 station press that has been very reliable.  We will throw in for free another set of punches and dies (same as the ones in the press when it ships to you).  The tooling will produce tablets that are 7/8 inch diameter with weights ranging from 2.5 gram to 5.9 gram (depending on your need/application).  We will also throw in a slightly used set of tooling (punches and dies) that will create a 23/32 inch diameter tab.  We had run anywhere from 1.5 gram to 2.6 gram tablets with that tooling.  A set of punches and dies will last approx 4-6 months, running 2 shifts a day.  That can/will vary based on what you intend to use the press for.  There is still about 3-4 months left on the tooling in the press now as well as the tooling for the smaller tablets.  It will produce approx. 14,000 3 gram tablets per hour.  If you put in the smaller tooling, you could easily bump that number up to 15,000 - 16,000 per hour.  This press has been very well taken care of.  Obviously, it is an older machine but built to last.  It was on a daily, weekly and monthly maintenance schedule when it was in use.  it is set up to run 220/3 phase power.  Will provide video of press running or on-sight visit for serious bidders. Buyer will be responsible for shipping the item.  Thank you for your interest in this press that has definitely served its purpose well for our needs.  If you have any questions, I will gladly get back to you with an answer ASAP.
