This for a Storz dual flow sheath 28120A 3.8mm, obturator triangular sharp and  blunt end. Although used, is in very good condition. Are currently in a Storz box in a protective foam that was badly deteriorated and discarded.  From the estate of a family member who was an orthopedic surgeon and this was used in that capacity.
