 The Mx4000 system delivers powerful capabilities for generating and analysing data for all fluorescent QPCR applications including allelic discrimination, mutational analysis, and quantification of single or multiplexed targets. The software analysis and detection systems combine to provide real-time amplification plots that can be viewed and accessed while a PCR experiment is in progress. After completing an experiment, data can be viewed in a variety of formats, including amplification plots, scatter plots, threshold cycle values, and fluorescence intensity screens.
