HERE IS A NICE  STROBOTAC type 1531 made by GENERAL RADIO COMPANY . IT IS A  SAFE NON CONTACT SPEED CHECKER , 100 to 25000 RPM ,ADJUSTABLE STROBE LIGHT that will synchronize with the turning part to be checked. It can be used to check the speed of a fan ,a turning lathe , a drill press , a wood working router , a gasoline or diesel engine  , and much more . IT IS IN WORKING CONDITION INCLUDING THE STROBE LAMP, but PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE NO ACCESSORIES , and THE REFLECTOR HAS A PIECE MISSING THAT DOES NOT EFFECT THE OPERATION. AGAIN I WILL REPEAT THE STROBE LAMP IS IN THE UNIT AND IT IS IN WORKING CONDITION !!!!!!!!!!!!!   There are 5 pictures to view. I EXCEPT CHECKS and WILL SHIP WORLDWIDE .
