Operational Condition: I have not tested this tool. I do not have the means to test it. The opening mechanism is working/opening and closing well. Untested, beyond this. This has not been used by us for any extended period of time, as we are solely resellers. As with all medical hardware, I suggest that you have this unit inspected by a technician before initial use. We are selling this as Hardware; it is up to you to recertify it before it is put into an operational setting. Returns are not accepted on minimally tested hardware.
