This is a Stryker 988-210-122 3-Chip Camera Head and Endo Coupler . Recently refurbished and completely patient-ready. Prism block centered and rebuilt head. Clean, aligned, sealed, leak/function test and burned in. Coupler cleaned, aligned and rear window replaced. The unit is in excellent working condition. There are light scratches on the body of the camera head consistent with prior use and sterilization. Item has been fully inspected and bench tested for proper operation.
